I am genuinely getting fed up with the islamic sharia koran et al being forced down my throat every time I turn around. I'm all for coexisting and making room for other religions in the interest of peace. But muslims have the grandfather award for killing people senselessly. Wasn't it just yesterday that a muslim killed 2 American GI's on a bus in Germany? I dare someone to ask me why I'm an islamophobe so I can download. This is way too much repression.

@zeheos I don't think it's "just interpretation". If a book, especially one considered so holy and authoratative can so easily be "interpetated" to condone violence, killing, injustice, homophobia, poor treatment of women etc you have to question it's validity and truthfulness. I don't think all Muslims interpret their Koran that way of course but a number do, and they are a threat to Muslims and non-Muslims alike. Perhaps the system is rotten and should be done away with?

Badawi was right, it's just interpretation. I don't think that there are even 2 islamic scholars, who agree on everything. You can even check differences between verdicts of islamic schools - there are plenty of it!
