It's from 3x14 "Lucky Stiff" actually ^_^

and you forgot the part where beckett slams the guy up against the glass in knockdown! best part ever! and also the part where she twists the guys arm and pushes him onto the table in lucky stiff. and the part where castle tells beckett he knows what she would do if she won the lottery. then, of course, the bomb scene, freezer scene, etc. great anyway, though!
