Documentary of a day at Famoso Raceway near Bakersfield, CA on Saturday November 8, 2008. Includes the meet up in Santa Clarita, drive to the track with some beautiful California sunrise scenery (and traffic jam), two quarter-mile runs from inside my car, and some runs by friends filmed from the stands.

Great Video ! In about 2 weeks me and a bunch of friends will be taking a road trip from NY all the way to Cali. I own a 98 Toyota Supra pt67 gtq turbo and there are 4 more supras, 3 e-55 amgs, 4 M3's, 1 M6, 1 GT3 and 1 Gallardo any activities going on that you know of?

yes that hpf car is the stage 3. I've seen many of his vids b4 he deleted them for sum issues he said. U can find his profile on the subscribers i subscribed 2...m3rob7 i believe his user is not sure sumtin like dat tho

ok, koo.. if that's the same HPF car, yea I've seen his vids dusting those cars too.. a real hwy MONSTER.. I think these HPF cars have real traction problems at the 1/4 track tho.. wheel spin at 100+mph.. insane

Yes, you're right about the traction. This same guy smoked his clutch at this event that I filmed. Smoke was coming through the vents inside his car, and he has the heavy duty HPF clutch. Before that he complained of traction problems at launch.

wait, how fast did the HPF car run and what stage was it?

I don't think I got footage of the HPF car, so I'm not sure what the stats were. Pretty sure he's stage 3 and I've seen his other vids here on YT, most recently dusting a C6 Z06 and a Ford GT...like they were standing still.
