This is not a glitch, Microsoft purposely does this with anything they place on Marketplace before the release date. for example. Lets say they put halo 4 on GOD. It will be there as a place holder until the game is released publicly. As for the point issue, that is simply for no one to buy them. Every account has a MSP limit. I believe that limit is 100,000. Im not too sure on that. but there is a limit. They put it at such a high number for no one to be able to purchase before release date.
