Apart from traditional Aalim in India and Pakistan, there are numerous Aalims, I recommend to read about them, their books etc. As in India Aalims are very narrow understanding of Islam.

this is the problem why don't you say in one sentence that as to what a person has problem to pray in arabic inside a salah. Whatever is prayed in salah is very small to even learn and memorize and understand for a muslim in 1 to 2 hours is the total time to do this. Do not make small into big issue.
