  • i bet it was just your vacume line, sounds just like that when your adding seafoam

  • @Legoman0323 yes, disconnecting a vaccum line does make the car sound similar to this, but the iacv was the problem...it was clogged

  • my 96 accord is over 400.000+ and never happen like that. use STP injactor cleaner. clean the ICU unit thats idal control unit its at the back of air intakewith two 10m bolt. and make sure clean the intake with safe cleaner ect ect . just give ICU a good blast with brake cleaner and let it soke over night.ect ect fin. ; ) save you $350

  • @sario22152 nice, i did this, my accord is just reaching 99,000 miles

  • does anybody know how to reset the ECU ?

  • @mrslideinsideu2 The IACV in behind the Intake Manifold near the throttle body, there should be two coolant lines connect to the bottom of it.....the ECU can be reset if u disconnect the battery

  • i used to have same problem with my 1996 accord and my mechanic told me to replace the tps but i didnt believe, what i did i removed the whole trottle body clean all attachments with carb cleaner then replaced it back. the result was great my car is now running ok. try the same guys it may help. have a safe ride

  • I had this exact problem with my 1990 Integra. Can't remember what we did to fix it but that car is long gone.

  • its your vacume plug bud

  • im sorry see you car has been demond possesed i suggest you see a voo doo priest as soon as posible

  • @YoJoeEX96 i dont know if you have figured it out but the tps is right by the air filter hose which goes into the intake manifold. i have a 95 accord and its right in back. hopefully this helps

  • fast idle valve under throttle body. completely disassemble it and clean it. the main screw which is about an inch in diameter turn it about a quarter turn out.

  • @QSideProductions or iac valve. clean it up, run fuel injector cleaner and do a tune up. it'll run like new.

  • You have a vacuum leak somewheres.
