  • @adangme No theyre not man, outputs are related to speakers, or what ever ur driving the sound into

  • what kind of sugar is that?

    can i get some?

  • No XLR outputs? Are they a must for vinyl and cd tables.

  • is this mixer just as good for vinyl? cheers

  • Hello friend a question adapter requires this mixer that I can't find one suitable could help me is smx.201 stanton

  • Hey Ellaskins big fan dude!!! I've been watching your video's on this mixer really thinking of getting it bro. But what are the faders like??? do they move like butter dude, they prob aren't as good as the penny and giles one's on the Rane Empath (really what that one too) or are they? anyway hahahaha I love your video's dude it's great to have a good reference if your learning to dj. Big up man, much love XD

  • Okay, I sort of got an answer. (google "bose xlr cables technical discussion" for an easy explanation on balanced signals)

XLR cables will reduce the noise in the cables between mixer and amp, so I guess it depends on if I'm planning to use the mixer in a club environment or not... :)

  • Hi Jonathan!

Much respect for your work! Great teacher ;-)

I have been wondering about something for quite a while, and now that I want to buy a new mixer, I thought I'd ask you... what exactly is the advantage of having XLR outputs on a mixer?

I found a lot of talk about balanced and unbalanced signal but I didn't figure what exactly it's for, and why I should or should not make this a criteria when buying a new mixer...

I'd be very grateful if you could clear this up!

    Cheers & keep it up!

    pep

  • He always says lickable clink, that's how the man does it ;)
