Enterprise Composite Tests

Some green screen shots made with the DST enterprise toy. I used a 12 mega-pixel still camera and a short track measured out in eighth inch increments to photograph it one fame at a time (this being necessary to eliminate any jiggling). The backgrounds were made in cinema4d and photoshop.

What did you use to dolly the camera so smoothly? Home made motion control rig? Nicely done!!

@BattlestarPacifica Hey thanks! It's actually stop-motion, I used a little track and a ruler to keep the increments even.

Though I must admit, the garbage matte artifacts in this earlier work actually made me smile. Reminded me very much of watching TOS.

Anyway, nice job and nice progression in your videos. I am planning on doing the same thing with my MR Enterprise, but am finding I need a LOT of space for some of the longer dolly shots.

Try keying it with 'Ultra Key' in Adobe Premiere Pro CS5, I think it will be much nicer :)
