Dissidia 012 Final Fantasy: Sephiroth VS. Squall

Open a new door to a new Duodecim main! One day I randomly decided to play as Sephiroth, and it turns out that he's really fun to play, so chances are you'll be seeing him a lot more in my various Duodecim battles. Here, he takes on another Brave eater, Squall. Sephiroth needs to play defensive, but Shadow Flare is an astounding move and Oblivion is a fast poke, so he can be offensive as well. Also: George Newburn makes Sephiroth actually kind of awesome. Wins all around.

lol Helldragon spams shdow flare, I spam God Speed and that other shockwave move. I don't know, I could never use shadow flare, was too useless. I could easily air dash through them or dodge them.

well i forgot to type my comment in the text box when i sent my video so ill do the explaining now. i just uploaded my video yesterday and was watching it and i noticed your video was in my recomendations so i checked it out and wanted to show you how i handle sephiroth. i dont have shadow flare equiped on mine cause i usualy avoid it whenever im facing him so i just stick to swordplay and shortrange combat. tell me what you think!

Huh, interesting. In my opinion, SF didn't seem too useful. They were mostly a stall move in my eyes. But if you spam them over and over again, I could see how it could trip your opponents up. Too bad I'm too smart for that though. (Air Dashing ftw.) But maybe I should give SF a chance.

I love playing Sephiroth only because his playstyle is similar to Onion Knight's. Now that I think about it, Sephiroth is kinda like a super punishing version of OK's punishment game.
