The 42-year-old has always had a special talent but there has always been a question mark surrounding him at international level.

I think Hick has played his last innings in first clas cricket. I take my hat off to him. I remember as a school boy reading the scorecard of his 405 and thinking it was a misprint in the newspaper.

The flipping announcer at Worcester really tries hard to sound like CM-J. He doesn't sound like that in person.
