UFO's over Alanya, Turkey 23.07.2009 Explained

cumeasta posted this so called UFO video from Alanya.
All the movement in the video is cam movement, the "UFOs" don't move, although cumeasta says they did. All detail is due to bad focus.
When the cam movement is very abrupt the light trail seems to be dotted, what would mean they are AC lights.

I am 3000 kilometers away from Alanya, but I knew more or less where he was during the shoot (the beach at Ahmet Tokus Blv. or the big pier there) and I had a faint idea what it was he had filmed.
With the help of Google Earth, Google Maps and Panoramio I was certain.
His video is a fake and he knows it!
