I know one young woman who jsut got a job at Google. She never did any of the things you did on your video just now. (and she even DENIED their offer at first, but then they CALLED HER BACK and raised her salary, so she accepted the offer).She got a job in a traditional way: application, resume, CV, interviewing process. I think most importantly is what experience you have and how you present yourself at the interview.
