This is a vid of my civ with a nitrous shot. I was running a little rich cause my bottle was only at 650 psi, so I wasnt getting the full punch out of it. And I said 1/4 mile at the beginning, but I went way past that mark cause I wanted to see what it could handle. I'll tell you this, it makes my slow ass em2 ALOT faster than it was stock, and it handles the nitrous like a champ!

  • what kinda gauges are those el glow?

  • @chaoticEff3ct They are actually S7 Autotechnic overlay gauges with there own lighting system! I love em!

  • u dont need lower comp to run nitrous u just need to know what the fuck your doing u need to stop reading dumbass forum wannabes who think there right!!!ayayayay u learned somthing !!!!

  • @lifewithvtec Alls I know is that if your gonna run a 100 shot or more, it would be advised to run them on better internals, WITH lower comp, or high octane fuel, and at 8 bucks a gallon im not even glancing in that direction! Cause just like a turbo, if ya push too hard with our high comp on pump gas, you will... I repeat... You will detonate! Im running a 75 shot and believe that is about as high as you can go on stock internals and 91 octane if your not looking to replace your engine soon.

  • Mine is a wet kit too. you will have to replace your old fuel line, ( cause they have a plastic lining, and just tee off of that.). Mine is spray... Direct port will come in January when I go 150 shot with better internals. If u do get better internals, make sure you get lower compression pistons! Too high and youll detonate. I know we run 9.9.1, so go for like a 9.1 or 8.5 comp. Youll lose some low end, but u wont blow up!!!

  • I wouldnt recommend a 100 shot on stock internals. Its just too rough on the connecting rods. And if you own a em2, you will run lean because of the returnless fuel setup our cars have. You will have to convert it to a return system so you can adjust fuel pressure. I have a couple buddies from the em2 crew out here in salt lake that have ran a 75 zex shot and gotten away with it. Of course they got colder plugs like me. NGK's with a 7 heat range is good.

  • I'm about to do a 50 or 75 shot.. Starting at 25 or 35 and working up. D17A2, 05 EX. Intake, headers, exhaust, 1 step colder NGK plugs. I am installing ARP head studs in the future, I was going to do that for a turbo build, but I'm selling my turbo parts and going nitrous instead.
