@KemoH Well I wouldn't say it's for the mainstream audience like movie goers but mainstream card players. I can't imagine a non-card game player jumping into this game and enjoying it instantly.

Yes, it will make you a few dollars, but it will never become Magic: The Gathering
You had a gem of a game in the VS System. It had amazing depth and dynamics and allowed for creativity (unlike this pre-made trash). Just look at the playmat behind you, recognize that you made a huge mistake killing the best game ever, and bring it back!!

This game sounds horrible. Since VS died I was anticipating it's return. Instead we get this garbage intended for the mainstream audience? I understand UDE's desire to make a profitable game, but this doesn't sound like it's going to do so well. And why are you doing the cards sideways? I tried Raw Deals years ago which had the same layout and hated it. I'll give the game a shot, but UDE should've just brought back VS ;\

The Marvel Universe shares the villains anyway - Doom is a rogue for the entire universe as is Magneto, now Norman Osborn etc.

@ drdaveydoom - I'd wager that the Villains team being together is a result of relatively limited source material in relation to the heroes. Also, if you add too many more teams then we get into similar ground as VS, which had something like over 70 different teams.
I'm sure it'll work just fine =D
