Do.: 45 Min. Joggen


-Direkt nach dem Workout Intervalltraining:
Bulgarische Staffel:
10 Sek. 50 Meter sprinten (25 Meter hin, 25 Meter zurück)
10 Sek. Pause
Das ganze über den Zeitraum von 4 Minuten wiederholen



-Auslaufen und leichtes Dehnen
