i was doing all three of them for a time, especially when i found jack 3d and that shit makes pain go away because of that dimephlyine shit or whatever, and now im just doing the first two and that pain was hella getting to me but i learned my lesson. ima take a break of pushin that shity heavy ass weight up and go back to learning proper from.
