u dont need to use screenflow or any app to do this. press command + shift + 3 at the same time if you want to capture your whole screen and if u want to capture a part then command + shift + 4. if u want to cancel then click esc! and if u want to capture the window then command + shift + 4 + space! HOPE THIS HELPS

Oh, Just Search "Picture 1" On Spotlight. If You Take More Than One, Then Just Search Picture.

I Use ScreenFlow. It's About $80. But, I Bet If You Search Around The Apple Website Or Google, You Could Find A Free App. For That.
