"Divine Performing Arts Show is Heavenly" - designer on DPA

And after the last showing of the Spectacular in Daegu emotions were running high from audience members. They tell NTD the Spectacular is a performance they won't soon forget.

STORY:
The first performance in Asia for the 2009 tour by the Divine Performing Arts opened last night. The show was held in Daegu, South Korea. Audience watching the show all seemed to share a special impression.

The famous Korean designer Youngsoon Lee has designed many of the celebritys traditional Korean outfits, called Hanbok. She has also researched designs for traditional dress and ornaments for many years. Youngsoon says that the Divine Performing Arts show seems like its from heaven.

It was so impressive. The color itself is artistic. It seemed like real heaven.

The designer, who has studied traditional dress and jewelry, got a lot of inspiration from the Divine Performing Arts color sense and costumes.

[Youngsoon Lee, Korean Clothes Designer]:
I wish everything that I saw could be recorded in my brain so the images can be played like a film later on. I really like those costumes. Everything is so perfectthe shoes, dressesI cant tell exactly what I liked because I liked everything!

From the United States Army in Korea, Deputy Commander Gary McKenna was left with a deep impression - he felt universal unity from the Divine Performing Arts.

Its just a wonderful, wonderful program. Im very fortunate to attend. I think the final dance sequence of the program, to me was the most impressive. I think the unityThe world is very, very small, but what I see in my home country, what I see in China: this group here, and what I see in Korea, its just beautiful, Im happy to be part of this occasion.

The Divine Performing Arts, that presented heavenly beauty to the audience, will have four more performances in Daegu.
