For me,
This is one of the hardest episode,gordon had done
Cause he had to deal with real deal ''chef'',with real skill
not just with some joker head-chef like in other episodes,
therefore, these skilled chef tended to have a big attitude on their food and work,Really love how gordon use the mindtraick and social trick to change their attitude,
This guy is really a piece of work!

@klemantina08 - Song "In a Big Country" by artist In a Big Country from the album, the Greatest Hits of (you guessed it) in a Big Country. It's a Scottish Rock Band formed in 1981.
I have this cool app on my blackberry that identifies songs when I hold them up to a speaker. It's never been wrong yet.
