The Complete Reef - CoralVue Reef Octopus XS Extreme 200 with the new Sicce PSK-1000 Pump.avi

This is a video of the new model from Coral Vue, the Reef Octopus Extreme XS 200 Protein Skimmer. This skimmer is running with the new Sicce PSK-1000 pump which operates at 880 GPH! It is a sleek, small, and very quite powerful pump that will fit in the palm of your hand. I was amazed at this pump once I received it as The Complete Reef was one the first to run the Octopus Skimmers with the new PSK. The older model PSK-2500 which ran at 660 GPH hour and was described as noisy is being phased out with the new models the PSK-1000 at 880 GPH and the PSK-660. The PSK-660 operates at 661 GPH one more Gallon then the 2500. Both pumps are whisper quite and I haven't heard any negativity on either pump as of yet. The Complete Reef can confirm that the PSK-1000 is whisper quite and is very powerful. We have yet to run the 660, however we plan to do so shortly. All the noise you hear in the video is the dual returns from the aquarium as we are push 2400 GPH through this system! Just an FYI incase someone is interested in the Refugium as The Complete Reef is more then impressed with the outcome of the refugums we have been using and is show in this video and the previous ones.
