  • when installing should i connect + or - frist once all is done? and for disconnect your amplifiers

  • @773steve ALWAYS connect your + "positive" first when powering up anything and disconnect - "negative" first when depowering. it's the same when jump starting your car or putting a cd player in etc. this helps stop a surge of power

  • hi mate watched your vid ,,,,interesting stuff. got a question for you as i need advice..

i had a 2 channel amp wired to a pair of 6x9 speakers. but after a while i lost all sound threw amp and thought the amp had blown. i checked all cables and fuses and all ok and amp has power going to and turning off on remote. i thought the 2 channel amp had lown so bought a 4 channel and same thing happening ..all wired but no sound can you help

  • @astramax1 i had a set of rca leads get cut by the seat rail b4 (dodgy setup yes) so maybe check them. if your multi meters have a continuity test function you could make sure that all wires have no internal breakages. assuming that's all good i'd start thinking that something maybe fried in your headunit
