I hate the way he handles the first car. *Put your hands on the dash* and when he cuffs him, he makes him walk backwards and face the car. But I guess thats just because guns are legal in the US and theres more risk?

That cop had a reason to stop the car... A cracked wind shield. Often times a car is not maintained for a reason. Why spend money on your car if it's just gonna get towed when you get stopped anyways? The cop has done nothing at all wrong here. I thought he handled BOTH situations very well.
