@tepracreh Have you read what has been said. Walked into street and stepped on uneven gravel spread by street. The gravel wasn't there during the day. That is premeditated bodily injury. I know you watch lawyers on TV and have taken a few ambulance rides, but that doesn't make you legal council. Eller was totally at fault. how is this a crime? were assaulted in a premeditated notion? was some body waiting for you with a baseball bat? post the details according to you, time and date, how exactly happened according to you. you have to keep in mind that you have to provide evidence beyond the reasonable doubt in the court of law. also, we have to hear their side of their story according to them in order to pass proper judgment. right now this looks very fraudulent, someone trying to make an easy penny.

@cocksuckersportsman The violence was perpetrated on me. What you see are crime scene photos of what Eller Construction did to me. I have pernament nerve damage because of Eller contruction neglegence. I must say I am pleased that my complaints made sure that Eller did not get the Mission street project over the Summer. That neighborhood near my own was safer 'cause of me. This video is documetry of a crime commited agaisnt me.

Oh, I forgot. This Eller Construction can't sue you for slander. You don't have anything to sue for, your the "slob mob". Go figure. Why don't you make a small claims action for the $20 fee and ask for $5000 and use these video comment responses for evidence and collect your prize you dipshit. Accidents happen crybaby, get over it.

@Cocksuckersportsman This was a crime and not an accident. I am glad that Eller did not run over any children here. At least all my troubles to complain agaisnt the crime that was commitedagainst me, made sure Eller was not on Mission ave. over the Summer. I am sure you could get a job with another more reputable construction company than Eller. Look to your heart to find some compassion towards your fellow man.
