Yes some areas are limits except reporters with permits(which are never given. Most valley and ancient ruins have never been seen by outsider.

Agnessa, thanks for posting this. This is something to remind us what a full life is about. These scenes and the people that live there, experience life to its fullest, in a way that the West has forgotten with all its artificial lifestyle. There is no real specification of what origins the Cossacks are of. Being an Ural Cossack myself from my mother's side she's often told me that the Cossacks can be of any descent, whether it was chinese or german, turkish, tatar, kazakh etc.
