This handheld has a 624 mhz CPU, 64 MB of RAM, 256 MB of ROM for storage, an SD card slot, 802.11 b/g WiFi, Bluetooth 2.0, and a 320 x 240 screen. Look for a follow-up review once I've had a chance to use the device for a while.
