Minnie's biscuits are spoiled when she accidentally gets unpopped popcorn into the dough, and the whole batch explodes. ("It always happened to my mother, too," Mickey helpfully comments.) Luckily, Mickey had biscuits from the store with him all along.

I don't like Minnie's voice in this cartoon. I think I saw this one when I was younger and they totally changed it up. They took out the Nabisco product advertisement and changed Minnie's voice (I think Russi Taylor re-did it). Either way, it was for the better. Although for the love of me I can't name Minnie's dog.

I just saw this cartoon about 3 years ago since before I was the new user on YouTube. I watch this cartoon 26 times on YouTube. And I got to say that this is the most brilliant cartoon ever on YouTube.

@Alphaalexl It's a short Nabisco commissioned them to make to show at the 1939 World's Fair. Before everybody owned a TV, they would do other than print to get their name and products out and of course Nabisco makes a lot of famous products like Oeros, Fig Newtons, Ritz, Milk Bone, etc.

I did found out that Nabisco is a portmanteau for The National Biscuit Company. A portmanteau is combinating two or more words into one whole new word.
