If all efforts to make people quit smoking could be directed for one year to make people quit anger, this planet might be hard to recognize. Especially since to quit smoking is a lot more difficult than to quit anger and of course since anger is a lot more damaging than smoking. Obviously, stopping both is best, but with nicotine being such a strong tranquilizer, to quit smoking is really quite tough.
I don't normally get all that angry in day-to-day events, I've managed daily annoyances, but I'm going through a divorce and have been very worried about what would happen when all the stored up years of anger comes out(release the hounds of hell?), it's been paralyzing. This series is very helpful! Thanks for sharing!

Wel you should be a bit worried about that or rather do something about it... Most importantly : remove blood acidity and relax the intestines through deep belly breathing and/or belly massage.
