This is practically useless if you already train on a heavy bag or focus mitts. Your constantly stationary, even if you move around you're target never moves. The best way to use this is if you have little time to train at the gym and use it like LeBanner does and not just a punching bag.

holy crap, didnt realize they had that sort of arm. I want one.........only the part are 200 a piece....no way I can afford that on my budget.

This is an awesome product. I especially liked the arm to practice Chi Sao and trapping. And being ablt to adjust the angles and positions of the pads is really cool too. Do you know if this product is sold by and distributors in Canada?

Awesome product. Chuck Liddell uses all the time at The Pit. Ricardo Liborio and American Top Team uses it and Olympic Boxing Trainer Howard Davis said everyone who's serious abot their training needs to get a bunch of Focusmaster G-1000's for their Gyms. By the way this thing is built like an F'n Tank. I know cause I own one and use it in my basement everyday. Get one for sure.
