What a horrible video. I feel embarrased. You know, you can't say it's not discriminating because you didn't design it. Sure, we understand the technical limitation but why is the limitation there to begin with? HP should have designed their software better, which they didn't. Bottom line; It's not designed to work with darker skintones. That sounds pretty racist to me.
