Lady Gaga - Judas (Piano Cover by Richie of ThePianoBros) + Tutorial and Lyrics

In hopes that Lady Gaga will one day see one of our videos, my twin brother and I will attempt to make piano covers of every song in her upcoming album "Born This Way". Wish us luck! Hopefully, these videos make you smile (including YOU, Lady Gaga)! =P

This is a piano cover of Lady Gaga's newest song "Judas". It just came out today (April 15, 2011). It's a cool-sounding song on piano, and it has a pretty deep meaning. Anyways, I hope you like it! =)

Before anyone makes negative comments about Lady Gaga's song, I just wanted to say: This song is NOT about her praising and worshiping evil. It's about her trying to escape the dark places in her life, but in the end finding herself in the same dark place over and over again. In a way, it's like a guilty pleasure. We all make mistakes, and sometimes, we end up falling into the same "darkness" over and over again, even though we don't want to. Sometimes, we know something is bad for us, but we do it anyways, and it's as if we "love" the darkness. However, in order for us to come into the light, we have to learn how to understand that darkness within us. "If you don't have any shadows, then you're not standing in the light" (Lady Gaga, during an interview with Google). In this song, Lady Gaga is singing about the pain she feels when she finds herself repeatedly getting into an unhealthy relationship with a cruel man. Sure, she didn't have to use the names Jesus and Judas, but she did. She used them as metaphors for good and evil. But if you're not going to like the song for its lyrics, then at least enjoy the melody.

I doubt Lady Gaga will see this video, but just in case she does: "Hi, Lady Gaga!!! You're an amazing artist and inspiration. Thanks for your music, and thanks for watching my video =)." haha
