@iloveneytiri If you provided prospective jurors with IQ exams, the outcome would be worse than it is now. Jury selectors would still pick people in the lower echelon. Attorneys want jurors of average to below average IQ because these individuals are easily persuaded and can follow very rudimentary facts of given case. So yes it is not your imagination; Jenifer Ford is in fact, stupid beyond belief.

Intelligence tests for anyone sitting on a jury need to be introduced. The same with voting. Around 40% of fucking Americans believe the world is thousands of years old as opposed to over 4 billion.
