Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney told CNSNews.com that much of the health care plan he implemented in Massachusetts "could be applicable on a national basis."

However, Mitt readily admits that some of what was implemented in Massachusetts wasn't perfect and also that each state should have the freedom to create their own plans since every state's needs are most likely different.

  • this guy will be the next president

  • I think conservatives understand that the Romney plan was manipulated, and essentially highjacked by the liberals in the state.

  • Who would be a good running mate for Romney in 2012?

  • There were 8 sections in the bill that Romney vetoed, 6 were overridden. One of which is the employer mandate to offer insurance if you had a payroll of X amount of dollars.

  • everyone blames Romney for its shortfalls, don't forget the extremely Democratic congress had a voice in it too

  • Smart man...

  • Romney was/is the Only Candidate who has the Financial Experience and Background to build our Country back into the Black Ink and Create Jobs.

  • I hope they do because he is definitely the best presidential candidate there has been in a long time. Mitt Romney definitely has the skills and experience to make crucial fiscal reforms that will help America.

  • for sure
