yeah my accent can do 8.7 manual. but u.k. model cars have different engine than us version you barely see 1.6l engines here, u.k has a lot of 1.5 and 1.3l engines.

Maybe you should try driving an Accent without the lame engine. Motor Trend did 0-60 in 8.7 seconds in an Accent. BTW, 8.7 is better than the Suzuki Swift can do......which Top Gear seems to think is pretty nifty. Just sayin'.

Boosted launch is a fake 0-60. If you rev your car up and throw it into drive, or first, your tranny won't last long.
