Spam isn't against the law. Furthermore, even if it was, internet is an international network with nodes on every continent of the world and probably islands with people living on them as well (not all Islands are populated). HTWW is a dick, no doubt about it, but I think he is right, at least to the extent that this campaign of sending the gov people who don't agree with the gov is a very bad idea. Of course, both of these videos are old so it probably doesn't matter anymore..
