Jan Caruana hosts this is fully improvised game we played during the evening's class presentations at The Bad Dog Theatre in Toronto on March 3, 09.
Poet's Corner consists of two players, one is a poet from a far off country who does not speak English (only speaks in gibberish) and the other is their translator. The Translator (a fairly under the weather) Tanya, really has the difficult task of inventing a meaning to the poem of gibberish I recite. She did an awesome job with the emotional and physical offers to make this a fun and humorous story to tell.

Special thanks to Dorothy for shooting this.

  • ?..Japanese..? im lost.. :)

  • @leftgreenthumb -@ the end of the piece around 2:58 the poet speaks using those words. Your character was so funny so I guess out of enthusiasm I was just imitating similar sounds. However your right, it does look Japanese!

  • oh! haahaa :) I haven't watched it in a while. Great enthusiasm tho!! :)
