@mermaids27 a week, i just read that it takes about a 3,500 calories to convert into a pound of weight, so if you ate like 3,000 calories in one day and cut it in half to, you would have a 10,500 calorie restriction, divided by the 3,500 lb needed to lose a pound, you would lose 3 lbs in a week, u could double it with some good workouts, you would lose 6 lbs a week, 72 in a year, a complete body transformation, good luck, this is just as i understand it, makes sense to me, btw, not in aday

There's no way you will lose 2-3 lbs a day like that. You need to eat your BMR in calories, and exercise 7 days a week, and burn 500 calories each time.
500 X 7 = 3500 calories burnt = 1lb of fat burnt per week. Its not advisable to lose much more than this.
