Half Moon Cay, Bahamas

We just went on our Bahamas Cruise on the Carnival Fascination, from May 15th-20th, 2010. The highlight of our cruise was our day on the private island known as Half Moon Cay. This is probably as close to paradise as you can get, and any cruise you take with Carnival, you definitely want to make sure this island is on the itinerary.
Absolutely the clearest, most turquoise water I have ever seen! Enjoy!

@swimmingisme No, we were aboard the Carnival Fascination. I think Carnival actually owns Holland America cruise lines, so they both go to Half Moon Cay.

I have been there twice and would love to go back again and again. Truely beautiful. If you can I would recommend parisailing there. That was amazing.

@cutiestar1999 That all depends on if it is on your scheduled itinerary, and also, I don't know which port you are departing from. The cruises that depart on Saturdays from Jacksonville, FL on the Carnival Fascination, go to Half Moon Cay/Nassau. The ones that depart Jacksonville on Mondays aboard the Fascination, go to Key West/Nassau and not Half Moon Cay.

I was there just last week and it's a very Paradise!!!!! I'm very very happy that I have been there and I hope to return in this fantastic island soon!!! The ship was Carnival Miracle
