I did not paint the GEP students in any wrong light. I said if you are in GEP, PAP will let you rise to the top (provided you want to too), but if you are not in GEP (esp for eg, in normal stream), PAP puts a glass ceiling over you for the rest of your life, based solely on your performance at Primary 6! Now which part puts GEP students "in a wrong light"?
