tea tree oil works priddy good file down the infect parts gently till its gone sometimes this almost requires the whole nail and when u shower etc. make sure to let your feet air dry completely before putting them in socks where moisture and humidity will cause the fungus to grow then at night get a Q tip soaked in tea tree oil and keep coating infected nail

Just use a vicks type vapor rub 2 times daily with a vinegar soak. I used it and it worked after about 3 months. My nails broke off and the new ones are clear. I still use the mix to prevent any more problems.
