You're a great inspiration - I am "day 7" (end of it), on the other side of the ocean, so it is evening my time, and I know when I wake up tomorrow morning (on my "day 8"), I will find a new video from you reporting on the day which is then ahead of me... I am doing 10 days too and I am a bit afraid of the moment of the "fast breaking", please report on that too, I'll need it;-) Stay strong!

I will continue to post as I go back to food. 20 days? wow. Maybe that will be my next challange when I do it again.

Ok. So since I am aiming for 20 days for the Optimal Cleanse you are going to have to keep me informed of how it feels eating after the cleanse, whether you are feeling sick or ok. But good for you for staying strong. KEEP HOPE ALIVE!
