kata dori - Shimamoto Shihan Aikido

In this kata dori 'nagare' variation do not fight against uke's hand when you are a bit late and uke grabs you, let it be, don't think of it. He explains that the technique at 0:35 is no good aikido in his opinion. Aikido is more peacefull.

at 2:10 1. you must have a good position. 2. do not lift your elbow. 3. Move from bottom to top (important!) thrust his arm up (do not punch)
