Soft Body Tutorial #1 - How to make Jello

Soft Body Tutorial #1 - How to make Jello using 2.48a version of Blender. Please post any comments or suggestions. This was my 1st video tutorial so I may have made mistakes in how I presented it. Also post if you have any questions.

Update: I uploaded the .blend and the cache file for the project. So you can instantly render and look at what I did exactly enjoy :). You will need 7zip or winrar to be able to open the project file.

@Taz123tz I was doing this same tutorial on 2.5 and found that you no longer need to bake, blender does it automatically; and when you create a plane mesh it only has 4 vertices on the corners of the plane, making the cube just pass through it. I was able to fix it by subdividing the mesh to have more vertices and apparently that did the trick.
