Poison Ivy vs. Virginia Creeper

An educational video to show you both Poison Ivy and Virginia Creeper, to show you the visual differences.
Virginia Creeper is completely harmless, but every part of a Poison Ivy plant is poisonous to the touch. If you pull out Poison Ivy vines and burn them on a bonfire, the smoke will be poisonous as well, if I remember correctly. Fortunately for me, it has no effect on me. But for most people it causes a very itchy rash.

Virginia Creeper is not harmless to everybody. I am very allergic to it. I am allergic to Poison Ivy too.

I know a guy who smoked Virginia Creeper because he had very bad Diarrhea. According to Native American Remedy history that's what they used to do with it when they had it.

Oh i hate poison ivy. I'm so allergic to it that I'm an expert at spotting it now. lol You're fortunate not to be susceptible to the effects of PI. Thanks for sharing.

poisen ivy is horible, i got it in my eyes once and had to go to the hospital.
