Infectious diseases decline before vaccine programs are introduced.
Vaccines should never be given to sick people because they have compromised immune systems and vaccines will make them more ill. The majority of people in developing countries suffer from one or more diseases and should not be vaccinated. Bill Gates via GAVI is making thousands of people more ill. Instead of vaccines they should give people clean water, good nutrition and shelter. Then infectious diseases will decline.
