The nostalgia train also blasts its horn against newer films and TV shows. It's as if some people have put a cap on innovation and imagination and said "No more!". The funny thing is that they are making a rather lame complaint. Their good "oldies" they like are still there. Would they rather game companies just keep repackaging the old products like Lucas did with the original Star Wars franchise and sell them over and over and over?

Lovely how when I think about it, most of the veterans in that game seem to think like statists. The pie is always the same. They close off from those who enjoy the newer games, not exactly doing so much as even tolerating their choice and freedom to do so. Maybe a few allowances in this comment for the analogy, but that seems to be what I'm seeing here.
