  • Too True!!! Enjoy.

  • Well, I am not Samoan, as you can tell by looking at me, but I am Maori/Welsh....Enjoy you raw fish!!

  • I am glad you like it. I chop and change recipe, less of this, more of that and try other things to see what they taste like. Kia Kaha!!

  • Hahahaha, I DO NOT have an accent. I am glad you enjoy it too.

  • quantities please.

  • @16JAM77 I don't use any rigid quantities. I just guess and taste. If it tastes good, then I have enough. Enjoy.

  • Hey Bro, I was taught to make this by my Samoan friends; I LOVE it. My style of this dish is slightly different, but, hey each to their own. I marinate the fish overnight with the lemon & white of the Spring Onions only. Next day, in goes the Ccoconut cream, & what ever else I like to add; Red or yellow Toms, Parsley, green tops of the Spring Onions, small bit of Chilli. 4 a special treat, I have added slivers of Coconut. DELICIOUS, I always make HEAPS Bcoz I LOVE It, so do the Whanau.

  • love your accent! haha, but what i mainly use: fish(obviously haha!), onion, tomato, spring onion, vinegar, lemon, salt and a bit of pepper. chuck in the fridge over night. Its choiiceee as!

  • @owainjmorris
