We all have friends online we haven't seen since high school - but are these friendships worth keeping long after we've moved on and moved away? Ana and John debate the question... is John's position too cold hearted?

What do you think about these old friendships? Are they worth maintaining? Let us know in the comments down below. Or better yet, send us a video! The link's right below.

  • I didn't have any friends anyways. They are over rated and you can't count on them.

  • the university i go to is only 25 minutes away from my house, and in my first year i managed to keep in contact with the people from high school, but gradually i realised that as i was trying to move on and do better things with my life, they were quite happy to stick to the exact same routine all the time. my current best friend is from high school, because we both grew up when we left school and we actually connect on a personal level, so our friendship is actually worth keeping.

  • Don't give a crap.

  • There is something that could happen when you go off to college, that I never heard talked about. Maybe this was more true in the past, but what could be developing is class conflict. A guy going into a blue collar career may think the guy going to college is a puss. The guy going to college may think he is of a superior intellect to the blue collar guy. Thus conflict is created and people are ripped apart. I feel this happens a lot, but no one ever talkes about it.

  • @BliksemSP yes there is, I do not know why people look down at being a loner.

  • I'm dealing with this very issue right now. Sucks.

  • as soon as i went to college, i lost contact with my highschool friends. u were referring to the working world after college.

  • friends ? who needs them any way. my parents are best my friend. when u have money freinds come to you but when ur out of money they run away ...

  • Why do people KEEP bumping into the camera? Is everyone drinking there?

    This happens a LOT.

  • "I am better now than you so that's why we can't be friends anymore"

Kind of the same atitude they had about they're own FAMILY if they live in a small town "oh everyone is still the same and dull normal life, im better than that"

  • this is only SOOOOOOO TRUE....i met up with a great friend from high school...the whole time iwas thinking....omfg i have outgrown you...all she was talking about was the people we hated in high school...i have grown up...MOVE THE FUCK ON LOL
