its an endurance test, breaking the 3 week mark is difficult, 6 weeks is even more difficult. i can't believe you played coldplay over this like its some huge emotional journey eating less shit for not even a week. this isnt the bbc lard arse
diets are only likely to put your body into starvation, which in turn burns less calories. you will lose water weight and that simply goes straight back on, not to mention its a terrible idea to weigh yourself as regularly as five days because scales have fluctuations. the only real way tis to increase your basic metabolic rate which means RUN FATBOY! a good metabolism needs feeding to carry on burning calories, you turn your body into a furnace, constantly burning the fuel you feed it.
Well done on the weight loss :-) Im trying to lose weight also.... today i was on the running machine, did 2 miles in 30 mins, not that fun though. In my diet i try to cut out potatoes, bread..... basically beige foods, lol.
The only thing that sucks about diets are that that is just what they are- they are diets. They're not something you're going to do for the rest of your life. So to be on a diet, and lose weight. That's good. But to maintain the weight you've reached, after going back and eating normally again..that's the hard part. Good luck, I know it's hard. I'm so happy for you! I love watching your videos, you seem like a really genuine guy =].
Keep working at losing the weight, Ross. I'm VERY happy for you. Good luck. I REALLY mean that. I've watched your videos for ages, and I feel like I know you in a way. Nothing ventured, nothing gained, err, lost. LOL!
