Actually, its not, if you play on a resonable dificulty. A SEVA suit is what he should have, along with 4 batteries. Cause that would actually regenerate his suit and leave his health alone.

usually I just get a seva suit and run in, only waste a medikit

for lots of moonlight, go till 12:00 till 5 am to streloks hideout. that electric hallway has a lot of them, walking from north to south there is possibility to not get hit. if you got them al. go back to institut and back underground again XD do that till 5 am and you have a lot of them
