  • @xquisitaz yea it is I watch Fooed Network and see it quite often espessaly when they are down south

  • Roux along side the trinity (onions, peppers, celery), is the foundation of pretty much all cajun dishes.

  • i gotta say, this is pretty awsome

  • I've found that a very good roux can be made with butter and corn starch or arrowroot too.

  • Any true cajun can at least as good as Paul can.
